Production process

A.T.&components has integrated all the production process, from cutting of components to thermoplastic presswork, with its group’s companies A.&T. (info@aet.com) and IMS (imssrl@ims-ind.it) up to complete production of the Thermostat inside the Bardello plant.

Production phases

		The cutting stamps, plastic and die casting are designed and constructed in our equipment store which also supplies maintenance. All production processes, from assemblage to final control, are integrated and developed with automatic equipment and transfers guaranteeing all our clients top quality results. All production lines are studied with criterions of flexibility and fast adaptability to the diverse processing. At the end of the production process the thermostats are tested 100% on automatic calibration transfers and high precision test pools. Click to enlarge the images
